How does one put a negative credit report on former tenant?

I would like to place a negative credit report on former tenant, who did not pay the last month rent. I only have the driver license number and social security number.

How does one put a negative credit report on former tenant?
You have to sign up with each credit reporting bureau (TransUnion, Equifax and Experian). They usually won't allow you to report accounts unless you are going to report several thousand accounts a month.
Reply:You can't. You can sell the debt to a collection agency.
Reply:If you have their name and whatever information you have you can advise the credit report agencies so that other Landlords can make a cross reference to save themselves the hassle of renting out to a bad tenant.
Reply:You can do it, you will have to pay a fee.

Call all three agencies and ask what their fee is to report.

You can report to one, or all three if you wish.

Transunion: 1-877-322-8228

Experian: 1- 888 397 3742

Equifax : 1-800-685-1111
