How can i remove charge off/ paid accounts off my credit report?

I paid off all my credit cards that were charged off last year thinking that if i paid them they would be removed from my credit report. Now i need to purchase a home and need to boost up my credit score fast. is there any way i can get those charge off/ paid off my credit report? can a credit repair place help me better if so which is a good one?

Paid charge-offs remain for 7 years from the date of last activity, unless you can get the company that is reporting to the credit bureaus to remove it as part ot a settlement agreement.

Reply:Your best solution is to submit a dispute with a credit bureau. The credit card company has 30 days to respond or the item is removed from your credit report.

Reply:Sorry but it stays on your credit files for 7 years. If you want to boost your credit score, get a secured loan for 24 months and pay it back in 12.
