I have just won a judgment against someone. I filled a fifa but I do not know if the credit bureaus have put it on his credit report. His credit report is the only recourse that I have to recover any money.
How do you know that a default judgment has been actually put on someones credit report?
Call your local courthouse, or the courthouse in the county that you suspect someone to have a judgement against you, they will tell you if you know your personal info.
